About Us
Guy Darrells, has been trading in Wholesale Distribution since 1972, supplying to most of the major discount groups, special deals and clearing lines at fantastically discounted prices. Our business has grown extensively and we are now looking to broaden our customer base as the deals are coming through fast and furious. Geoffrey Spiro, our Managing Director, has made deals with a number of high profile Companies, and uses the utmost discretion in avoiding exposure or embarrassment to the brand owners. Apart from using this website solely for the purpose of selling, we are also at all times looking for new products to buy, and when we do purchase we will invariably take the total quantity available, together with immediate payment.

Clothing-clearance.co.uk is the internet arm of Guy Darrells, a major distributor of Grade A Seconds in Leisurewear from some of the largest manufactures in the world, which includes Fruit Of The Loom, for whom we are the major distributor in Europe for their irregulars. We have constant stocks of T/Shirts and Sweatshirts arriving on a weekly basis.

In addition there are normally available Shirts, Trousers and various other items, which will be on our special offer page.

All products are massively discounted via this website. You can make your enquires from 16 cartons and upwards for a better price as discounts apply to bulk orders.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We also welcome our customers to came and view the stock prior purchase.
Shipping And Handling
Our main courier is TNT. Our postage charges mirror those of our shipper.

We will attempt to deliver your order twice. If you are not at home on the second attempt we will leave a card with your parcel details for you to contact the carrier and arrange collection. We can arrange further deliveries for an additional cost.

After 3 failed attempts your order will be returned to us and you will be liable for the return charges.

Please make sure that someone is at home on the delivery date. If no one is going to be at home please enter a suitable delivery address when you place the order, for example: a neighbour or place of work.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will always contact you with the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to arrive.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
We do not have the facilities to accept credit cards over the phone or inhouse. However you can pay by credit card through Paypal.

We accept orders from verified users with a confirmed address, but we reseve the right to refuse payment from non verified Paypal or buyers with no confirmed addresses at any time, as we operate under Paypal's Seller Protection Policy guidelines.

GUY Darrells Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
If goods delivered are faulty or damaged upon receipt then you must advise us within 7 days for us to arrange with you for the return of the goods and a replacement or a full refund including postage and packaging. We DO NOT ACCEPT faulty or damaged claims on our Irregular Grade A Product.

If non faulty goods are to be returned then you must do so within 7 days, in its original condition, including packaging for a refund. Please ensure that items are securely packaged. Refunds exclude any postage or packing costs which you may incur. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In all cases returned goods will be inspected prior refund.
Remittance Terms
Goods will be dispatched as soon as payment is clear.
